A drive was missed
MileLock needs three settings to catch every drive. On your iPhone:
- Settings → MileLock → Location: choose Always and turn on Precise Location.
- Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness: turn on MileLock.
- Don’t swipe MileLock away in the app switcher. iOS wakes it for drives on its own.
Tap Report a missed drive on the Drives screen so we can see what happened. When you know you are about to drive, Start a drive now records it straight away. If drives keep going missing, email us. The app keeps a diagnostic log on your iPhone that helps us find out why.
Export your mileage log
Open Summary, pick Month or Year, then tap Send report (PDF) for your mileage log, or Export spreadsheet (CSV) to open it in Numbers, Excel or your tax software.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem page.
Delete your account
Email support@milelock.app from the address on your account and we’ll delete it within 30 days. Drives stored on your iPhone are removed when you delete the app.
